The general conditions that regulate the sales of Cencetak branded products, executed at a distance through the website www.cencetak.com under the following conditions.
The products purchased on the Site are sold directly by Cencetak SrLs, with sales office in Italy, Via G. Pigani 53, 33010 Reana del Roiale (UD)), registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Udine - Udine, Tax Code and VAT number 02921690307.
These terms and conditions of sale govern the sale of Cencetak brand products.
The distance sales service described in these General Conditions is addressed to "Customers" intended as both natural persons and legal entities.
The resale, rental or sale for any commercial or profit-making purposes of products purchased on the site are expressly prohibited.
In consideration of its commercial policy, the Seller may, however, reserve the right not to proceed with orders that are considered to be non-compliant.
The Seller may make changes to these General Conditions at any time. Therefore, it will be the Customer's responsibility to verify and accept the General Conditions in force at the time of purchase
The Seller reserves the right not to recognize the authenticity of the products offered and for sale on sites of other dealers other than its authorized agents, and declines all responsibility for purchases of non-compliant items on unauthorized sites.
To conclude the purchase contract on the Site, the Customer must: insert the products in the basket (through the appropriate features), fill in the order form in electronic format, select the payment method, accept the General Conditions and send the order form to the Seller electronically.
Upon confirmation of the order, the order is sent to the Seller and can no longer be modified or cancelled. The order will be considered binding only if the entire purchase procedure has been regularly completed without errors.
The Seller can not be held responsible for any errors deriving from the failure of the Customer to connect to the Website.
Before confirming and transmitting the order form, the Customer has the possibility to make any changes to the data entered (for example, to correct the number of products or the shipping address).
The purchase contract can be considered concluded when the customer receives the confirmation of the purchase order by e-mail, on durable support, following the verification of the availability and the charge of the total price to the Customer.
The order confirmation will contain:
- A summary of the main features of the products purchased;
- Detailed indication of the price and payment methods;
- Information on shipping costs and delivery times;
- The conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal;
- Information on after-sales assistance services.
The Customer is forbidden to enter false or invented names in the purchase procedure and in any further communications. The Seller, therefore, is exempted from the responsibility of issuing incorrect tax documents due to errors in the data provided by the Customer at the time the order was placed.
Cencetak can refuse an order proposal:
- In case of non-availability of the products;
- In the event that the payment is not successful (failure to charge the customer's credit card);
- In case of previous failure by the customer to fulfill his obligations.
The Website shows the essential characteristics of the products, their price and the availability. Cencetak products, due to their peculiarity and the materials used, are authentic pieces obtained through a production process that makes each item different and unique. Therefore, small discrepancies compatible with the craftsmanship of the Products are not to be considered flaws or defects.
Each product is provided of photographic images and descriptions that allow a correct representation of the items on sale.
The Seller reserves the right to vary the products on sale on the Site at any time. The Seller does not guarantee that the products on the site are available. The Customer must rely on the description and characteristics of the product presented on the Site.
The Seller undertakes to place on the Website images and / or reproductions faithful to the original products, thanks to the adoption of every technological solution possible to minimize inaccuracies. However, the images and colours of the products for sale on the Site may not correspond to the real ones due to the resolution of the monitor and the browser that the Client is equipped with. As a consequence, the Seller will not be responsible for the possible inadequacy of the images present on the Site due to technical reasons.
The products available for sale on the Site are to be understood as "available" or subject to availability at the time. Occasionally there may be problems with the availability of products. In these cases the Seller will inform the Customer promptly (by e-mail) offering the possibility to choose a product of the same nature as the one not available or to cancel the order. If the Customer decides to cancel the order and if the charge has already been executed, the Customer will be promptly reimbursed.
For some characteristics the products could be available "on request". In this case, the Customer may forward the request to the Seller who will check to see if the product is available in the warehouse, following the Customer as soon as possible and, in any case, within 45 (forty-five) days starting from the day following that where you submitted the order request. The Seller reserves the right not to process an order request that is incomplete or incorrect or in case of non-availability of the products.
All products have an identification tag. The Customer is required not to remove the tag from the product. The Seller, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, has the right not to accept products without this tag or that are damaged or altered in their essential and qualitative characteristics.
