Cencetak is not required to ship the shoes or accessories until full payment is received.

 The products will be delivered, by the selected courier, to the address provided by the Customer in the order proposal. At the time of delivery we require the signature of the Customer or a delegate.

 For security reasons, the Seller does not deliver to PO boxes, post boxes or similar places.

 The products purchased will be delivered by Corriere from Monday to Friday, no delivery will be done on Saturday, Sunday and local and / or national holidays.  Deliveries will be made no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of conclusion of the contract or within a different term agreed with the Customer (unless there are unpredictable events or events, such as suspension of work or sudden failures to machinery and other reasons beyond the control of the Seller that can make it impossible or delay delivery within the agreed terms).

 Average delivery times vary depending on the destination country, generally a maximum of 15 working days.

 In the event that the Vendor does not for fill the obligation to deliver the products within the established terms set forth above, the Customer may invite the Seller to make the delivery within an appropriate additional period of ten (10) days, according to the Italian law according the Legal Code of  Consumption in art.  61. If the purchased product is not delivered within the established additional time limit, the Customer has the right to terminate the contract immediately.

 The risk of loss or damage to the products is transferred to the Customer in the moment in which these or his delegate materially come into possession of the product.

 If, however, the loss or damage of the products is directly attributable to the Seller, the latter will replace the product for free, upon express request by the Customer to be sent via e-mail to Customer Service.

 Upon delivery by the Courier, the Customer is required to check:

 • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated on the delivery note;

 • that the packaging and any identification tags are intact, not altered or damaged in any way.

 • Any damage to the packaging and / or packaging of the products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately challenged by Customers in writing on the delivery note of the Courier.  Once the Courier's document has been signed without any objection, the Customer will no longer be able to object to the characteristics of the goods delivered.

 • Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made by courier.

 As required by the laws governing trade, all Cencetak shipments are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of individual items in Euro.


In case the shipment is done to a country outside the Italian territory, taxes will be applied according to the country of destination directly to the client at delivery. Each country calculates the taxes independently; it is responsibility of the client to be informed of taxes and duties applicable to the product within the country where the goods will be received.
