It is possible to return the product that does not match your expectations no later than 14 days from the delivery date. The goods must be returned within five days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Cencetak products, due to their peculiarity and the materials used, are authentic pieces obtained through a manual production process that makes each item different and unique. Therefore, small discrepancies compatible with the craftsmanship of the products are not to be considered vices and defects.
It is essential to check the status of the products carefully, without removing any tags or seals and handling them with care. If the items are not in the same condition in which they were delivered, these can not be returned, see also the conditions of sale.
To make a return, you must download, complete and send the return form together with the product you intend to return.
In case of return due to defect or discrepancy of the product received, the request, for free returns must be authorized. It is therefore necessary to contact our Customer Service at the email address firstname.lastname@example.org to receive information on the return authorization and the free return procedures.
In the event that the conditions described above are not respected and the defect established, the returned package will be returned to the customer and the refund will not be credited.
In case of unsatisfactory purchase (NOT due to a defect of fabrication, or non-conformity of the product, or size not correct), it is necessary to make the return at own expence. Cencetak will need to know the tracking number to track the shipment. Only products actually received from the warehouse will be reimbursed. The refund timing will vary depending on the credit institution.
Returns authorized by www.cencetak.com must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.
For all the authorized return requests received from our Customer Service, the return is free. In the event that the package is returned to the warehouse without authorization to return and without the tracking provided by us, no refund will be made for the return costs incurred.
According to art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the product was delivered and without giving any reason. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer is required to fill in the appropriate "return form" inside the package or that can download online, or send a specific notice that highlights the clear intention of the customer to withdraw from the contract. This communication must contain the indication of the Product for which the Customer intends to exercise the right of withdrawal and the order number. The return form or any communication must be sent to the Seller by sending an e-mail to the following address: email@example.com. The Seller will promptly send the Customer confirmation of receipt of the return form or the aforementioned declaration.
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are met:
The Return Form must be sent on time;
- The products must not have been used, washed or worn;
- The identification tag must not have been removed from the product;
- The products must be returned in their original packaging;
- The products must be returned to the Seller within 5 (five) days from the exercise date of the right of withdrawal;
- The products must not be damaged.
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, the Customer undertakes to return the products within five 5 (five) days from the communication of withdrawal, transmitted according to the procedures above, to the following address:

The Seller undertakes to reimburse the price as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the right of withdrawal. The Seller, however, may withhold the refund until he has received the goods.
The Seller will reimburse using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.
If the returned product is in one of the unacceptable conditions mentioned above and the return can not be accepted, the Seller will contact the Customer who in this case may choose to have the products back at his own expense. If, however, the customer refuses to return the product, the Seller reserves the right to retain the products and the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the goods.
According to Article 58, paragraph 2 of the Consumer Code, the Customer is solely responsible for the diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. The Seller, therefore, reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that are damaged, dirty, deteriorated or in a state that suggests that they have been used for purposes other than those indicated above. The Seller also reserves the right to request compensation for any damage that may be attributed to the Customer's intentional or negligent conduct adopted upon return of the products. The Seller will not be held responsible in case of loss or theft of returned products, which is not itself liable for, as well as in case of return to an incorrect address or delays in delivery of the products. It is therefore understood that the Customer assumes all shipping risk.
Conformity of the product
The Seller guarantees that the products sold on the Site are authentic pieces obtained through a production process that makes each item different and unique, even for the materials used, or in any case recycled material. Therefore, small discrepancies compatible with the craftsmanship of the Products are not to be considered flaws and defects, that, however, do not affect their functionality but are to be considered as an integral part of their design inspired by the use of re-use materials, recovery or recycling. .
If the products show any serious defects or discrepancies, the Customer has the right to restore the conformity of the product without expenses, by repair or replacement, unless the remedy requested is objectively too burdensome. In accordance with the art. 130, paragraph 7 of the Consumer Code, the customer may request a reasonable reduction of the price or termination of the contract. The Customer loses this right if he does not report the lack of conformity to the Seller within two (2) months from the date on which he discovered the defect. The direct action to assert defects not maliciously concealed by the Seller is prescribed, in any case, within twenty six months from the delivery of the product.
In the event that the Customer requests, repair or replace the product due to a proven lack of conformity of the product, the delivery costs related to the return and subsequent reshipment are the responsibility of the Seller.
